We can bring any of your own ideas to life, no matter how extreme, as long as it is physically possible and you have the funds. For example, a full chassis Mk 1 Escort running Cosworth engine, to your spec from as little as £40,000. That is similar to our project Mk1, but to your spec. for £40k. Some of our competitors cars cost up to £150k.

We do not supply fibreglass panels, either our own or from other manufacturers, unless we fit them to your car as part of the building process. Panel fit and finish is paramount to a high standard car, not for the amatuer.

We also do not fit other manufacturers roll cages.

We do not sell spares, either new or second hand.

Welcome to the WHITSPEED web site. Here you will find just a small selection of the work we do. We are one of the very few companies in the UK that have actual experience of building full chassis road and track cars. Many companies claim they can, but have only ever produced ‘sub-frames’ or ‘cradles’ or ‘ race only’ cars. Having a full chassis does not mean that you have to compromise on comfort or drive-ability, on the contrary, our full chassis road cars have a very solid ‘production car’ feel to them. Prices start from as low as £4,000 for a rolling chassis to suit your running gear and body style. Fully finished cars can cost upwards of £30,000 depending on spec, but that is for a totally unique ‘one-off’ bespoke car, not just another ‘group 4 replica’.

We can also design and build your very own body style in steel or fibreglass, on a standard shell or completely from scratch, the choice is yours.
